By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided, including but not limited to tax and accounting services.

Service Agreement

Prior to starting tax and accounting document processing services, you will be required to sign a client agreement along with the following documents:

• Attestation and Disclaimer
• Consent to Use
• Engagement Letter
• Right of Cancellation Notice

Services We Provide

Our services are focused on providing comprehensive assistance in the areas of tax and accounting. These services may include:

1. Document Preparation

   • Preparation of necessary tax forms and financial documents for filing with relevant authorities.
   • Assistance with financial statement preparation and general ledger services.

2. Tax Services

   • We assist with tax planning and the preparation and filing of tax returns for both individuals and businesses.
   • Our team will ensure that you comply with all relevant tax laws and may advise on deductions, credits, and tax-saving strategies that apply to your situation.
   • We will provide accurate and timely filing to meet deadlines and avoid penalties.

3. Accounting Services

   • We offer bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll processing, and general financial consulting to help you manage your finances effectively.
   • Our team will guide you in creating and analyzing financial statements, balancing books, and providing insight into your financial health.

4. Consulting and Coaching Services

   • We offer personal consulting, coaching, and monitoring through meetings, webinars, video conferences, phone calls, and email during normal business hours.

In return for the services mentioned above, you agree to pay the fees as outlined in your client agreement. You have the right to cancel your contract for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it by sending written notice as outlined in your client agreement.

Cancellation Policy

• Services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Clients may cancel their service at any time by providing at least seven (7) days' notice before the next recurring payment is due. If canceled in accordance with this policy, the upcoming recurring payment will constitute the final payment for services rendered.
• All services are billed in arrears.
